- Agreement to These Terms
These Terms and Conditions govern your use of mrcatchyourfish.com and any purchase you make through it. The site is operated in Florida by [LLC/corporation], referred to here as “we,” “us,” or “Mr Catch Your Fish.”
By browsing the site, creating an account, or placing an order, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree with them, please do not use the site.
- Eligibility
You must be at least 18 years old, or the age of majority in your state, to place an order. If you are under 18, you may use the site only with the involvement of a parent or legal guardian who accepts these Terms on your behalf. Our Kids’ & Youth Line is designed for children, and purchases must be made by an adult.
- Accounts
You may create an account to track orders and speed up checkout. You are responsible for keeping your login details confidential and for all activity under your account. Tell us promptly at [insert email] if you believe your account has been accessed without permission.
We may suspend or close an account that we reasonably believe has been used for fraud, abuse, or a breach of these Terms.
- Products, Descriptions, and Availability
We work to describe our products accurately, including fabric, fit, sizing, and features such as UPF 50+ ratings on our Performance Fishing Shirts. Colors may appear differently depending on your screen, and slight variation is normal in printed apparel.
Product availability is not guaranteed. Limited-Edition Cause Collections are produced in short runs and are not restocked once sold out. We may change, limit, or discontinue any product at any time.
- Pricing and Payment
All prices are shown in US dollars and exclude applicable sales tax and shipping, which are calculated at checkout. We reserve the right to correct pricing errors, including after an order is placed. If a price error affects your order, we will contact you and offer the choice of proceeding at the corrected price or receiving a full refund.
Payment is processed by our third-party payment providers. We do not store full payment card details on our servers. By submitting payment information, you confirm that you are authorized to use the payment method.
- Order Acceptance
Your order is an offer to buy. We accept it when we send an order confirmation or dispatch the goods, whichever happens first. We may decline or cancel an order for reasons including stock issues, suspected fraud, pricing errors, or an address we cannot ship to.
- Shipping
We ship within the United States. Orders typically leave our Tampa facility within [X] business days, and tracking is emailed when they do. Delivery estimates are estimates, and carrier delays are outside our control. Risk of loss passes to you on delivery to the carrier.
- Returns and Exchanges

- Charitable Giving
A portion of profits from regular orders is donated to non-profit organizations in the Tampa Bay area. For Limited-Edition Cause Collections, 100% of profits from that collection are donated to the featured partner for that release.
Donation figures published on our Impact page reflect amounts already sent. Purchases are payments for goods and are not tax-deductible charitable contributions by you. Any tax deduction belongs to us as the donor. Partner organizations and giving levels may change over time.
- Intellectual Property
All artwork, designs, logos, photography, and written content on this site belong to us or our licensors and are protected by copyright and trademark law. You may not reproduce, print, resell, or create derivative works from our designs without written permission. Buying a product gives you the product, and no rights in the design itself.
- Customer Photos and Submissions
If you tag us, submit a photo, or send us content for use on our site or social channels, you grant us a non-exclusive, royalty-free, worldwide license to use, display, and reproduce that content in our marketing. You confirm that you own the content and that everyone shown in it has consented, including a parent or guardian for any child.
You can ask us to stop using your content at any time by emailing [support email], and we will remove it from channels we control.
- Acceptable Use
You agree not to use the site to break any law, to interfere with its operation, to scrape or copy content in bulk, or to post content that is abusive, obscene, or infringing. Our brand is built around families, and we moderate accordingly.
- Third-Party Links
Our site links to non-profit partners, regulatory bodies such as the Florida Fish and Wildlife Conservation Commission, and conservation resources. We do not control those sites and are not responsible for their content or practices.
- Educational Content Disclaimer
Our Responsible Fishing and Family Fishing Hub pages are provided for general information. They are not legal guidance on fishing regulations. Rules on licenses, size limits, bag limits, and protected species change, and you are responsible for checking current requirements with the Florida Fish and Wildlife Conservation Commission or the relevant authority in your state.
- Disclaimers
The site and products are provided on an “as is” basis. To the fullest extent permitted by law, we disclaim all warranties, express or implied, including merchantability and fitness for a particular purpose. UPF ratings reflect fabric testing by our suppliers and do not guarantee protection from sunburn or skin damage. Use sunscreen and shade as well.
- Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, our total liability arising out of your use of the site or any product is limited to the amount you paid for the product in question. We are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages.
- Indemnification
You agree to indemnify and hold us harmless from claims arising out of your breach of these Terms, your misuse of the site, or your violation of any law or third-party right.
